Request Services¶
The Request Services page lists all available service categories. Select the category that matches your request.
Available categories include:
- Change Requests - request modifications to systems, configuration changes, upgrades, or maintenance
- ConMon Requests - requests related to continuous monitoring activities
- General Services - general service requests
- Incidents and Outages - report outages with systems or applications, or security incidents
- User Access Requests - request creation, modification, or removal of user accounts
- All Services - browse all available services
Submitting a Request¶
After selecting a category and service, complete the request form with the required details and submit. The example below shows a generic General Services request; each service category has its own tailored form with fields specific to that request type.
