Getting Started¶
Logging In¶
Navigate to your organization's GRC-ITSM agent application and sign in with your credentials. If your instance is configured with SSO, you'll also have the option to sign in using your organization's identity provider.
Agent Dashboard¶
After logging in, you'll land on the agent home page which provides a dashboard overview of your current workload and team activity.
The dashboard includes quick action buttons at the top for common tasks and three key reports:
My Tasks - SLA Breached¶
Displays tickets assigned to you that have exceeded their SLA response or resolution targets. These should be prioritized immediately to minimize compliance impact and restore SLA adherence.
My Tasks - Most Important¶
Surfaces your assigned tickets ranked by Priority and Strategic Value. Tickets with higher priority and strategic value levels appear first, helping you focus on the work that matters most.
Everyone's Most Important Tasks¶
Provides visibility across the full team, showing all agents' most important tickets ranked by the same Priority and Strategic Value variables. Use this view to identify workload imbalances, assist teammates, or escalate where needed.
