The My Work page gives you a quick overview of your current workload, surfacing the items that need your attention first.

Requires Attention

The top section groups your assigned work into three priority views:

  • SLA Breached - tickets assigned to you that have exceeded their SLA response or resolution targets. These need immediate action.
  • Past Due - tickets and tasks that have passed their target completion date but are not yet resolved.
  • Due Soon - tickets and tasks with a target date coming up within the next 7 days, helping you plan ahead and avoid overdue items.

Active

Below the priority views, the Active section provides a broader look at your full workload:

  • My Tickets - all open tickets currently assigned to you
  • My Projects - projects you are a member of or assigned to
  • My Project Tasks - individual tasks within those projects assigned to you
  • My Closed Tickets - recently closed tickets for reference
